FRP seats are processed by gluing molds. Depending on customer requirements, the surfaces can be painted or printed with structural patterns.

Material properties:

RPF seats used in metro or subway vehicles should have good flammability, fire resistance, low smoke and low toxicity, and their fire resistance and flame retardancy should meet the requirements of TB/3237. Their production, inspection, receiving, shipping and various mechanical performance indicators meet the following requirements:

Bending strength ≥ 150MPa
Tensile strength ≥ 100MPa
Impact toughness ≥ 150 (KJ/m ²)
Flame retardant performance Comply with DIN5510-2
Resistance to falling ball impact The impacted surface must not have cracks or deformation
Resistance to sandbag impact The impacted surface must not have cracks or deformation
Applicable environment -30 ℃ and+45 ℃, max. relative humidity 90%
