Brief introduction:

Cutout cock is mainly used to open and close the pipeline of the braking system for railway rolling stock. The cut out cock is installed on the brake branch pipe to open and close the passage of pressure air between the distribution valve and the train pipe. During normal operation, it is always in the open position. When the brake fails, in order to cut out the compressed air supply path of the brake main pipe, it can be closed and the work of the brake can be stopped.

Cut out cock is mainly composed of valve body, valve core, spring, spring cap, pin, handle, etc. The material of the valve body is gray cast iron HT200, and the material of the valve core is Tin Bronze ZcuSn2Zn11Pb4. The valve body and the valve core are mainly sealed by the matching of 1:7 conical face. The middle part of the cone and the valve core has blocking circular holes as the channel of the pipeline. The opening and closing function of the cock is realized by manipulating the valve core at two limit positions through the handle.
