Brief introduction:
Standard Gauge / Narrow Gauge /Meter Gauge Container Flat Wagon is not only used to transport general goods like wood rail rows, steel, cars, tractors, boxed goods, big concrete bridge, but also could be used to transport containers by railway in special. Equipped with rotatable container locks, the flat wagon could load two 20’ ISO standard containers and one 40’ ISO standard container by railway. This type container flat car is widely applied in port, logistic company, and industrial or mineral company who transport containers by intermodals.
This container flat car is mainly composed of under frame, floor, container lock device, end wall, coupler buffer, brake system, and bogies. The under frame is all welded structure and covered with steel foor. The bogies are K6 three-piece casting steel type , which has excellent dynamic performance and has seen satisfactory records in Chinese standard gauge railway.
We are able to design and manufacture various railway flat wagons for 20', 30' , 40' containers or other customized containers for special purpose. The rail gauges could be 1000mm, 1067mm, 1435mm and 1520mm. The couplers could be AAR couplers, UIC couplers, CA-3 Couplers, or other customized couplers.
