Breif introduction:
This three axle bogie is designed for heavy load ladle railcar 140 tons and it could also be applied for other low speed, heavy load railway freight cars.
The 3 axle bogie is an integrated welded frame bogie, which is mainly composed of frame, wheel set with axle box, braking device, side bearing, center pin, bearing lifting crane, etc. The bogie is connected with the vehicle body through the center pivot pin. The bearing device and the bogie frame is connected by the bearing crane on the axle box. Four round pipes welded at the four corners of the frame can be used as the lifting bracket and can be used for the overall lifting of the bogie. The bogie frame is composed of two groups of side beams, two groups of cross beams and intermediate beam. Two rigid side bearings are fitted on both sides of the frame. The bogie adopts solid rolled steel wheel, self-aligning roller bearing and three-stage spring stiffness. The contact parts between the wagon body and the bogie are made of non-metallic wear-resistant materials, such as nylon and rubber. The bogie has the advantages of simple structure, reliable strength, and convenient operation and maintenance.
