KM70 coal hopper car is the main coal hopper car of 70t load in Chinese railway. Its bottom door opening and closing mechanism adopts two-stage transmission top lock device, which has two-stage locking function, which can ensure bottom door locked when the vehicle is running.
The opening and closing device of the bottom door of KM70 coal hopper car is for both pneumatic and manual. It is composed of upper transmission device and lower transmission device. The manual transmission mechanism and pneumatic control management system are set on the under frame at the one end of the car body. The pneumatic transmission and manual braking mechanisms are independent of each other, and its conversion is controlled by the shift fork and the jaw clutch. The bottom door opening and closing mechanism has a self-locking function, which can ensure that the bottom door will not open automatically during vehicle operation. At the same time, in order to avoid the accidental opening of the bottom door opening and closing mechanism caused by the operator's miss-operation during vehicle operation, an eccentric locking anti miss rotation device is also equipped.
For the opening and closing device of the bottom door, the mechanism shall be stable, light and flexible when opening and closing the bottom door. After the bottom door is closed, it shall be able to realize self-locking. The bottom door opening and closing transmission mechanism is composed of an upper transmission device and a lower transmission device. The upper transmission device is composed of an upper transmission shaft, a jaw clutch, a rolling bearing, a gear, a stopper, an upper crank, a clutch transmission shaft, a reducer, a 356mm * 280mm spinning double acting air cylinder, a rack, a roller, a pressure pin seat, a hand wheel, a gear cover, etc; the lower transmission device is composed of lower transmission shaft, lower bearing, double coupling lever, long ejector rod, short ejector rod, coupling, connecting rod, left and right lock bodies, lower crank, etc.
