Breif introduction:
KF60 Side Tipping wagon ballast gondola, is one of the special railway vehicles combining discharging equipment and railway wagon structure. It is suitable for factories, mines and other departments equipped with mechanized loading equipment for railway transportation, realizing rapid unloading the goods. KF60 side tipping wagon is specially designed to transport heavy bulk goods with big proportion, such as ballast, ore, coal, steel slag, building materials and etc.
The wagon has tilting side walls and the side doors could be opened upside down. The tilting air cylinders are set on both sides of the wall. When the side wall overturns to 45°, the side walls will be on the same level with the floor, and then the goods will be unloaded far away from the railways(to the side of the track).
KF60 side tipping wagon is composed of truck body, tilt dump device, bogie, brake system, coupler buffer and has the features of stable tipping, rapid unloading, easy operation, high transportation efficiency, safe and reliable.
