U70 bulk cement tank wagon, also known as powder material tank car and fly ash tank car, is suitable for railway transportation of dry powder materials with particle diameter not more than 0.1mm, such as fly ash, cement, lime powder and minerals. Dust, alkali particles, etc.
This cement tank wagon is mainly composed of body, brake system, coupler and draft gear, and bogies. The car body is an all-welded steel structure of a horizontal tank without a center beam, which consists of a traction pad, a tank body, a fluidizing device, an air inlet and outlet pipe, an end ladder and a catwalk. The main steel section and steel plate are made of Q345NQR2 and Q450NQR1 highly weatherproof steel.The upper part of the tank body is equipped with two loading openings (which also serve as manholes). There are air intake and exhaust pipe interfaces on both sides of the vehicle. An auxiliary blowing tube is attached to the end of the discharge tubes. It has K6 bogies, a No. 17 clutch and MT-2 shock absorber, a Type 120 braking device and a NSW handbrake machine.
