Breif introduction:

Bogie center pivot wear plate is a round wearing disc, installed on the bogie center plate in the middle of bolster. Threaded by a pivot pin, upper center plate, wear plate, and bogie center plate connect the car body and the bogies together. Together with the two side bearings, they bear the whole load from the car body and restrict the lateral movement of the car body in a certain degree by friction. As one of the key parts of railway wagon bogies, the quality of center wear plate is directly related the railway vehicle’s running stability and safety.

Bogie center pivot wear plate is mainly made of nylon material, which has with excellent friction and wear performance. There are two types of manufacture processes: MC pouring nylon core disc wear disc and injection molding core disc wear disc. The pivot wear plate has electrical conductivity and the conductive column is made of brass.
