C64 General Purpose Open Freight Wagon Open Top Wagon Gondola Railway Railroad is used to transport general goods like, coal, ore, scrap, steel, wood, paper, machinery equipment, wood, packed goods, containers by railroad.
It is high sided gondola with unloading hatches on the side walls. The transported goods are lifted onto the gondola from the openning top and unloaded by the lifting crane. The general purpose open top gondola is the most popular railway freight wagons for railway logistic companies. We are able to design and manufacture TB standard / En standard / UIC standard or customized open wagons with load of 60 tons, 70 tons, 80 tons.
C64 General purpose open gondola is composed of wagon bodies with side walls and doors, wagon bogies, brake system, coupler buffers and etc Its wagon bodies are all welded structure by weather resistant steel, and the side doors adopt new pin device with pressing mechanism. The main components are interchangeable with C62 railway open top wagon. The goods are directly loaded and unloaded from the opening top by crane.
