Breif introduction:
Railway teaching used gondola rail car is a special teaching car customized for customers, which is used for skill training, post competition and technical teaching of railway inspectors.
This teaching gondola is a combination of C70 and C80 TB standard gondolas. It is mainly composed of car body, coupler buffer device, braking device and bogie. The car body is an all steel welded structure, which is mainly composed of under frame, side wall, end wall, brace and door. The main profile and plates adopt Q450NQR1 high-strength weather resistant steel. The gondola is equipped with K6 bogie (with cross beam) for 2-position end and K5 bogie for 1-position end. The coupler buffer device meets the requirements of TB / T 493 and relevant documents. The 1-position end of the vehicle adopts 16 coupler and 16 forged coupler yoke, whereas, 2-position adopts 17 type couple and 17 type forged coupler yoke. MT-2 buffer and alloy steel coupler tail pins are adopted. The air braking device adopts the same structure with C70E gondola car: 120-1 type air control valve and NSW hand brake machine. The hand brake devices on the end wall are the same structure with C80B gondola’s, while the hand brake devices under the frame are the same structure with C70E gondola’s.
